Jimmy,
Just want to drop you a note and a few pictures to show you some success     we
had on opening weekend of archery season.  Your calls  have been awesome.  I
especially love the sound of the aluminum over glass one  that you made for me.
The long beards don't stand a chance.

Got the call today looks and sounds great .  I wanted to tell you a little bit about my hunt on Friday.  Wednesday night it snowed 7" and
we still had snow so all the birds were in large flocks.   I scouted and found where they would spend the morning and I set up there in
a blind.  To make a long story shorter we saw about 60 to 65 birds with about 8 toms and 13 jakes.  We had them all over us all
morning and I can't say enough about my new call I got from you.  They would come in to the decoys and when they would start to
wander off I could call them back in,   We watched them for 3 to 4 hours.  All the toms were about the same size 8" and about 3 years
old, none bigger.  The footage didn’t turn out too good because the temperature was too cold.  It ran the battery down fast so I didn’t
get the kill on film. The bird I shot was too close, about 20 yards and I aimed for the head shot, hit him, but not good.  He ran right for
us and instinct took over.  The second shot I aimed right for him and shot him right in the chest.  Wasn’t much left of the beard so I
didn’t take pictures with the call, so I wont be in the contest to win a call, but I wanted you to know
I have never had a response like that before!  Thanks again, and thanks for the donated call.

Jim,

I'm Ric Blake owner and operator of Ric's Hunting&Fishing Adventures from Reidsville, N.C. I
purchased  one of your  calls last year at the NWTF convention in Nashville. It was a laminated
Walnut/cherry slate over glass pot. I have  bought several slate calls over the years and I would
have to say that your call is one of my favorite ones. I was at the   Dixie deer classic this year in
Raleigh and I heard that you won some contests with your calls. I wish I could have met  you in
person so we could talk turkey and more about your calls. Thanks again for a great call. Good
hunting!

Hello Jimmy,

Wanted to send you these pictures of my daughter Dallas with
her opening day bird that sported a nice 11 " beard.  Called it in
with the slate  you sent me.  Thanks for the memories I won't
soon forget.

Thanks,

Jim,

Thanks for spending the time a few weeks ago to show us how to breast and
mount the tails of the two birds we got opening day.  Drew scored again today
and I called the bird in with your slate call. It sounded great.  I lost one of the
strikers this morning and would like to purchase another. It was the purple
heart. We took some pictures to send into the photo contest.  It was a great
close to the season.

Thanks,
Paul and Drew Cascais
